1. Data controller

AISSAELBGROUP LLC, 30 N. Gould St. Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA, is responsible for information it uses to respond to inquiries and manage its services. Contact: contact@aissaelbgroup.com; +212 684-503732.

2. Information we use

When you contact us or order a service, we use information you provide: identity, contact details, company, project details, communications, order records and billing documents. To perform an engagement, we may also process your content, necessary delegated access and relevant account statistics. Website infrastructure processes technical data, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver pages and maintain security. This website has no data collection form or online payment facility.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, perform agreed services and handle payments or complaints. Where the GDPR applies, these uses rely on pre-contractual steps, contract performance, applicable legal obligations and our legitimate interest in securing the service and defending our rights. Uses requiring consent are subject to your prior agreement. We do not use your contact information for targeted advertising campaigns.

4. Required and optional information

You choose what information to share. Reply contact details and essential project information are needed to handle an inquiry. Information required for billing or performance is identified when ordering. Without it, we may be unable to respond or deliver a service. Avoid sending sensitive data or passwords when delegated access is sufficient.

5. Recipients and external services

Only authorized people working on your inquiry or engagement access the necessary information. Hosting, email and communication providers and the relevant social platforms may process information needed for their role. The website is delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure. Clicking WhatsApp opens an external service subject to its own policy. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention periods

Prospect communications are retained for up to 3 years after the last active contact, unless an applicable deletion request is made. Operational engagement information is retained during performance and for up to 12 months afterward for follow-up and delivery of assets. Delegated access is removed at the end of the engagement. Contractual and accounting documents and records needed for disputes are archived separately for periods required by applicable laws or necessary to defend rights, then deleted. A legal obligation or dispute may justify limited retention of certain records beyond operational periods.

7. International processing

Our company is located in the United States. Communications and technical services may involve processing there or in other countries where our providers operate. Where international transfer rules apply, required safeguards must be implemented for the relevant transfers. Contact us for information about recipients and safeguards relating to your inquiry or engagement.

8. Cookies and website resources

We do not add advertising cookies or audience analytics tools to this website. Technical mechanisms necessary for security, access or delivery may be used by the infrastructure. Typography uses fonts available on your device; the page does not request external font downloads. Images are hosted with the website. External services reached through links apply their own rules once opened.

9. Your rights

Depending on applicable regulations, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to certain processing. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Email contact@aissaelbgroup.com describing your request. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary. Where the GDPR applies, we generally respond within one month, subject to legally permitted extensions. You may contact the competent supervisory authority, including the CNIL where your situation falls within its remit.

10. Security and client data

We limit access to engagement needs and prioritize delegated permissions. When processing your followers’ or contacts’ data solely on your instructions, responsibilities, security measures and processing conditions are specified in the engagement agreement. We do not reuse that information for our own advertising purposes. No system can guarantee absolute security; incidents are handled in accordance with applicable obligations.

11. Updates and contact

This policy describes uses related to the website and the presented services. Substantial changes are communicated when required. Contact: contact@aissaelbgroup.com.
